- Email Address
- UserName
- Password

Step 4: Connect Microsoft 365 and Gmail Mailboxes
- Now, to move further to migrate G Suite to Office 365, open MS Exchange Admin Centre and navigate to Recipients and then, Migration. Mouse-click More and Migration endpoints
- In the next step, for creating the new migration end point, choose an option New + >> Select migration endpoint type page >> IMAP icon.
- Now, from the IMAP migration configuration page, you can easily set up IMAP server to imap.gmail.com and make settings.
- Thereafter, click Next, the Enter general information page appears
- Open this Enter general information page, and type the Migration endpoint name and leave out of two boxes

Step 5: Create Batch Conversion to Migrate Google Workspace to Office 365

- First, open Microsoft 365 admin center and click on Admin center >> MS Exchange
- Open Recipients on EAC and then click on Migration
- Now, click the plus (+) icon, then the Migrate to Exchange Online option
- After that, choose IMAP migration and press Next button
- For the final step, from the Select Users page choose the file created in MS Excel and Office 365 can validate it
- Once the transfer or export file is validated, the file returns the total number of users available for migrating MS Office 365 mailboxes.
- Click on Next button and move further. Now, you can choose the migration endpoint.
- Accept the default values on the IMAP configuration page and click the Next button.
- Enter the name of the batch migration, move the configuration page and press Next to proceed to migrate G Suite to Microsoft 365.
- Next, open the batch page. It provides end-users with two options:
- Browse migration reports to send replication to other users
- Select the Start batch automatically and New option, and start the migration process after the synchronization process.
Step 6: Route Gmail directly to Microsoft 365 Along with Updates of DNS records
DNS records are called as MX record and their main objective is to deliver mail messages. To initiate the process follow the steps listed below:
- Sign in to MS Office 365 and then, go to the Domain page
- Choose the domain and fix all the issues
Step 7: Turn off Synchronization with Gmail

- In EAC, navigate to Recipients and select Migration option.

- Open email Recipients, then Migration in EAC and check migration batch is not available anymore in the dashboard.
