What are Crowd Control Rogues in Diablo 2 Resurrected?
They made 3 key changes to true rogue mercenaries, they got a slight bump in defense, health, and DPS. The 3 biggest changes are that they can now use Amazon-specific bows and they benefit from the additional bow and crossbow skills.
Whether you’re using Frozen Arrows or Curse, it makes more sense to use faster bows since they’re not a source of DPS. Originally had a rocket and a cold air mercenary, so they built on that, so the cold arrow variant now fires a frozen arrow. This is the most powerful option and it freezes the monster’s trajectory.
This is very powerful crowd control and the rocket-fire variant now fires explosive arrows. The only benefit of using the fire variant is that you can avoid being frozen because you want monsters to hit you with curses or something. But in most cases, nine times out of ten, you’ll want to use the icy air of the variant.
Budget Insight Rogue

You want a lazy afk to build insight like it’s much better to run Armageddon in 2.4. If you want a post-kill thrill, silk leaves or something will help, however. Using Harmony’s Frozen Arrow crowd control support is a very good option to get things done faster.
Melee Support Rogue
